- Content Creation:
- Develop engaging employee culture content, including videos and social posts, to showcase workplace life and company values
- Manage and maintain the organization’s presence across digital and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Create and curate content that strengthens employer branding and enhances overall employer reputation
- Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all social media channels
- Metrics & Analytics:
- Track and analyze employer branding performance across digital channels using relevant metrics.
- Optimize messaging to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Event Coordination:
- Coordinate event logistics such as booth setup, materials, and on-site arrangements
- Provide end-to-end support in event planning, including pre-event preparation and post-event follow-up
- Skills: Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills with a strong eye for visual content.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva).
