Business Developer - Hotel Sourcing South Mediterranean Basin (m/f/d)

🎯 Your Mission

As a Global Buyer on our South Mediterranean Basin team, you'll play a pivotal role in growing and managing our portfolio of hotel partners across the on for the South Mediterranean Basin countries. Based at our headquarters in Aix-en-Provence, you'll source and negotiate exclusive deals with hotels throughout the region, delivering exceptional travel experiences to our members while driving strong business results.

You'll be the key point of contact for one of the South Mediterranean Basin destinations' hoteliers- their main relationship with Voyage Privé runs through you.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow your South Mediterranean hotel portfolio : boutique properties, resorts, luxury brands across the region
• Source and negotiate exclusive campaigns with hotel partners to hit revenue targets
• Be the face of Voyage Privé : pitch, onboard and build lasting relationships with new hotel partners
• Work closely with our internal teams (Marketing, Content, Revenue) to maximize campaign performance
• Monitor market trends and competitors across the South Mediterranean hospitality landscape to stay ahead of the curve
• Travel regularly to meet partners on the ground

💡 Who You Are

• Native or fluent English speaker, essential to manage relationships with hotel partners
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in hotel contracting, tour operating, hospitality procurement, DMC, OTA...
• Strong negotiation skills and ease in dealing with suppliers.
• Market knowledge and existing contacts with key players in the local hospitality industry.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
• Data-driven, structured, and focused on continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel locally to meet partners as needed.
