We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Global Supply Chain Manager to lead the end-to-end supply chain for a portfolio of intra-oral camera medical devices manufactured in Asia and distributed globally.
This is a key scale-up role within a growing international organization building its supply chain capabilities for complex electronic medical devices. The role requires both strategic leadership and operational execution, with the ability to work effectively in a lean environment alongside a small team.
💼 Global Supply Chain Manager - Medical Device Role 💼
Key Responsibilities
- Own global supply planning, forecasting, inventory, and purchase order management
- Manage the relationship and operational performance of the contract manufacturer and key suppliers
- Lead implementation and governance of a robust S&OP process
- Establish and drive a Manufacturing Review Board (MRB) with manufacturing partners
- Manage BOMs, product changes, and supply chain impacts across product variants
- Oversee DOA, returns, replacements, and after-sales supply processes
- Partner closely with Commercial, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Operations teams
- Lead cross-functional projects related to supply chain scalability, product launches, and process improvements
- Define KPIs, reporting, and scalable processes to support international growth
✅ You will be successful in this role if ✅
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environments
- Experience in medical devices, electronics, or other regulated industries
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Experience managing contract manufacturing and international suppliers, ideally in Asia
- Proven ability to build processes and operate effectively in scale-up or fast-growth environments
- Comfortable combining strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
It would be fantastic if
- You have a background in med-tech, dental and/or ortho
- You have a high level of IT knowledge and high appreciation for new technology
- You have a Start up and/or scale up experience
