YOUR TASKS
- You support our HR team in day-to-day operations across the entire employee lifecycle - from onboarding and contract changes to offboarding.
- You contribute to maintaining digital personnel files as well as preparing and managing HR-relevant documents.
- You support communication with employees and gain insights into HR-related topics.
- You actively contribute to the further development and digitalization of our HR processes and bring in your own ideas to make workflows more efficient, transparent, and scalable.
- You support the use, maintenance, and optimization of digital HR tools such as Personio and help structure HR data and map processes digitally.
- You work closely with the HR team as well as our HR sponsor from the management team and support both operational and project-related HR topics.
- You ensure a careful and structured way of working and support compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
YOUR PROFIL
- You are currently studying or already have a background in one of the following fields: Human Resources Management, Business Psychology, Social Sciences, Labor Law, or a comparable degree program.
- You are interested in HR, operational HR management, employee experience, and digital HR processes.
- Ideally, you have already gained some initial practical experience in HR, for example through internships, working student roles, or student initiatives.
- You enjoy working with digital tools, process optimization, and data-based work in an HR context.
- You work in a structured, careful, and reliable manner and are able to keep track of multiple tasks running in parallel.
- You handle sensitive information responsibly and discreetly.
- You impress with strong communication skills, professionalism, and enjoy working with people.
- You have good knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace and ideally some initial experience with HR tools such as Personio or comparable systems.
- You have very good German and English skills (at least C1 in both languages)
