Junior Marketplace Operations Specialist

Main responsibilities

• Manage the full listing process by sending product data from our partners’ e-commerce platform to various marketplaces. Ensure accurate product listings and zero preventable errors for allocated accounts.
• Identify and fix listing errors by checking the data flow, product attributes, and mapping rules until the products are successfully live on marketplace sites.
• Perform tasks such as title optimization, product information mapping using business rules and templates, ensuring data consistency, and image editing.
• Work with all team members, both internal and external, to ensure that all activities are completed and functioning as expected.
• Provide the Managed Services team with insights into account performance and support customer understanding of performance data.

Requirements

• Experience or understanding of marketplace operations, specifically uploading, managing, and troubleshooting product listing data on marketplace platforms like Amazon, Zalando, etc.
• Ability to manage product mappings using business rules and templates to ensure data flows correctly between systems.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with functions like VLOOKUP, CONCATENATE, IF statements, etc.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Great organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple processes and accounts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented abilities to resolve technical listing issues.
• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure data accuracy.
• Desire and ability to collaborate as part of a team but also be able to work independently.
• Understanding e-commerce metrics and performance indicators.
