As Partner Marketing Manager Germany at Floryn, you help build the growth of a completely new market. Germany has just launched. You build on the strong foundation already laid by the Partner Marketing Manager Netherlands. Although you each have your own focus areas, you form one team that translates insights into partner campaigns, activations, and content that demonstrably contribute to growth. This is not a role where everything is already fixed — it’s a role full of variety, ownership, and room to make impact. That’s exactly what energises you.

Floryn is a fast-growing fintech making business financing smarter, faster, and more transparent. With its own technology and international ambitions, the company is building a serious alternative to traditional banks.

The challenge

As Partner Marketing Manager Germany, your challenge is to make Floryn top of mind — and keep it there — with partners in Germany. Germany is Floryn’s first major step across the border. The commercial foundation is being laid by the German Partner Team; you ensure marketing accelerates that growth.

You develop campaigns and activations that help partners position Floryn strongly in their market. This can vary widely: direct mailings, ABM campaigns, partner events, podcasts, or case studies. That variety is exactly what makes this role interesting.

You continuously move between creation, coordination, planning, execution, and performance. You work closely with creative, marketing, and sales. Together with the Brand Director Europe, you run your own partner marketing domain.

What will you do?

  • Set up partner marketing campaigns for the German market

  • Develop the Partner Strategy for Germany

  • Coordinate everything needed to launch campaigns and activations successfully — from landing pages and visuals to event materials and content

  • Organise and support partner events and activations

  • Set up co-branded campaigns together with partners and internal specialists

  • Translate insights from the German market into concrete campaigns and content

  • Analyse results and actively optimise campaign performance

  • Maintain oversight of planning and progress across multiple campaigns at once

  • Work with marketing, growth, and external partners to get campaigns live
