We're looking for an organized and proactive Project Operations Specialist to support the operational rhythm of Wolt Israel's Customer Support organization. In this role, you'll work closely with the Head of Support and the leadership team to coordinate projects, prepare business reviews, track execution, analyze operational performance, and help ensure key initiatives move forward smoothly.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys bringing structure to complex environments, working with data, and gaining exposure to senior leadership while building strong operational and project management skills.

 

Day-to-day in this role you'll:

  • Coordinate and prepare recurring business reviews and executive reporting, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews, ensuring clear follow-up on actions and decisions.
  • Analyze operational performance and prepare insights that support decision-making.
  • Support annual planning, quarterly reviews, and roadmap initiatives by building planning materials, tracking progress, and helping drive execution.
  • Manage department-wide operational routines, leadership forums, offsites, and organizational events.
  • Track strategic initiatives, milestones, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders and teams, ensuring visibility, accountability, and follow-through.
  • Partner with local and global teams to ensure alignment on key projects, KPIs, and operational priorities.
  • Support organizational communication by preparing updates, presentations, leadership materials, and company-wide content.

Our humble expectations

  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, business operations, PMO, consulting, or similar analytical roles requiring strong organizational skills and stakeholder management
  • Experience working in a global environment and collaborating with international stakeholders is required, as this role regularly partners with global teams and participates in global leadership forums.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into meaningful business insights.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across different seniority levels.
  • Ability to operate independently, drive initiatives forward, and create structure in complex environments.
  • High attention to details while maintaining a strong strategic perspective.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
