About the role

Most SaaS sales roles look the same. You get a territory, a playbook, and a quota. At Codesphere, this is different – not because we've reinvented sales, but because what you're selling actually matters. We're changing how software gets built and deployed, and the market is just starting to pay attention. That means you'll be shaping deals in a space that's still being defined.

What you'll drive

  • You build a pipeline you actually believe in – identifying and qualifying opportunities worth your time and ours.

  • You run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first conversation to signature – knowing when to push, when to listen, and when to bring in the right people.

  • You use MEDDICC as a thinking tool, not a checkbox exercise – and your forecasts reflect reality, not optimism.

  • You keep Salesforce honest – because good decisions, internally and externally, need clean data.

  • You bring the outside in: customer insights, market signals, and unfiltered feedback that make us sharper.

What makes you a great fit

  • 8+ years closing complex enterprise software deals – not just moving them through a pipeline.

  • You've navigated long cycles, skeptical procurement teams, and rooms full of stakeholders – and you've come out the other side with signed contracts.

  • You're equally comfortable in enterprise and public sector environments, and you know the difference between the two.

  • You hold yourself to a methodology (we use MEDDICC) without hiding behind it.

  • You don't need a script. You need a real problem worth solving, a product that delivers, and room to operate.

  • You speak the language of your customers – literally and figuratively. Fluent in English and German.
