À propos du poste

What you’ll do

As our Senior CEO Office Lead, your mission will be to serve as the strategic business partner to Doctolib's CEO, operating at the intersection of product, business, and organisational transformation.

Doctolib is entering a new chapter: AI is reshaping healthcare faster than any other sector, and we are accelerating our transformation to lead this shift. In this role, you will be at the very heart of that journey, directly shaping the decisions that will define Doctolib's next phase of growth. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will drive some of the company's most critical strategic priorities: accelerating our AI-first transformation, steering performance across all markets, supporting product delivery across markets, and shaping organisational design for growth. As an operational strategist, you will remove friction, enable execution, and keep the organisation aligned on what matters most.

This is an opportunity to get a 360° view of how a company is built and run, with direct influence on strategy and execution at the highest level. For those with an entrepreneurial mindset, there is no better place to understand what it takes to lead a mission-driven company at scale, and to grow alongside it.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Executive governance & coordination

  • Ensure CEO's strategic time allocation and efficient decision making: anticipate needs, structure decisions, eliminate friction in cross-functional collaboration
  • Lead CEO's external engagement strategy: media positioning, investor relations, public affairs, strategic partnerships, customer relationships
  • Lead CEO's internal communication and ensure alignment across leadership
  • Serve as trusted advisor: think through complex tradeoffs, challenge assumptions, surface blind spots
  • Prepare and coordinate Management meetings: own agenda-setting, pre-reads, facilitation, follow-through, and decision tracking

Performance steering

  • Steer business performance across our key markets; synthesize insights and surface risks or opportunities to CEO and ExCo
  • Maintain deep visibility into product delivery: track progress against roadmap, identify blockers, escalate risks
  • Prepare data-driven readouts and strategic memos for CEO and ExCo on business performance, market dynamics, and competitive positioning
  • Support major business development efforts: large-account partnerships, country launches, operational scaling

AI & Product strategy

  • Drive Doctolib's transformation to an AI-first company, working with product, engineering, business, and core services to embed AI into workflows and empower leaders
  • Serve as a trusted sparring partner to T&P teams on product strategy

Operational enablement & Organizational design

  • Remove bottlenecks and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to drive execution
  • Shape organizational structure to support growth and AI transformation; lead or support critical org design initiatives
  • Support in the hiring of selected senior leaders
  • Own senior leader onboarding and ensure 100-day plans deliver impact
  • Coach and develop senior leaders on strategic priorities, decision-making, and personal effectiveness
  • Ensure ExCo and Senior Leaders operate with clarity, alignment, and execution excellence

Who you are

Before you read on: if you don't have the exact profile described below, but you feel this job description matches your skill set, we still encourage you to apply.

You could be our next team mate if you:

  • Have led complex, cross-functional projects in fast-moving environments
  • Understand product topics well enough to engage credibly with product, engineering, and business leaders
  • Combine strong business acumen with analytical rigor: you are comfortable with P&L ownership, revenue drivers, pricing strategy, and customer/partnership dynamics - and can translate complex data into clear strategic insights for senior leadership.
  • Demonstrate excellent judgment and executive presence: senior leaders trust your counsel and you can influence without formal authority
  • Are humble, service-oriented, and comfortable operating behind the scenes while helping leaders and teams be more effective
