We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior EHS Engineer to ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental protection across our operations in Spain. We're thrilled to introduce a key role that champions our commitment to a safe and sustainable future, aligning with our global mission for clean power. Curious what this is all about?   • Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with Spanish and EU regulations.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and ensure effective preventive measures are in place.
  • Provide EHS training and awareness programs to all employees, fostering a strong safety culture.
  • Monitor environmental performance, manage waste, and promote sustainable practices.
  • Collaborate with local authorities and stakeholders on all EHS-related matters.

Your profile

All right, all right, that was intriguing, wasn't it? Now, in order to fit in this role, and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this:

  • A university degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in an EHS management role, preferably within the renewable energy or industrial sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of Spanish EHS legislation and international standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse teams.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 level for both).
