Senior IT Architect (Camunda Specialist)- Tieto Tech Consulting (m/f/d)
Location: Warszawa/Łódź/Tricity – 2-3 times in the office
About the Role
We are looking for talented Camunda Specialist to design, implement, and optimize business process orchestration solutions using the Camunda platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze the current Camunda-based workflow orchestration implementation
- Assess alignment with Camunda 8 best practices and architecture guidelines
- Evaluate process modeling (e.g. BPMN usage, orchestration patterns)
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks in the current setup
- Provide concrete recommendations for improving:
- Process design and orchestration approach
- Scalability and performance
- Reliability and error handling
- Maintainability and extensibility
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Deep expertise in Camunda 8 (preferably 8.8 or later)
- Strong experience in business process orchestration (BPMN)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Containerized environments
- Kubernetes (preferably Mirantis Kubernetes Engine)
- Helm charts
- CI/CD pipelines
- ElasticSearch
- Proven experience in architecture reviews / solution assessments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Development experience in Java and/or Kotlin
- Understanding of microservices architecture
- Experience in insurance or similar regulated domains
