Service Technician (Porto Alegres/RS)

The main responsibilities of a service technician will be:

• Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance of laboratory and industrial equipment.
• Carry out calibrations and qualifications in accordance with technical standards and applicable regulations.
• Provide technical support to customers, both on-site and remotely.
• Diagnose faults and propose efficient technical solutions.
• Prepare technical service reports detailing performed interventions.
• Train users on the correct operation of equipment.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and high-quality service delivery.

Requirements:

• Technical degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related fields.
• Experience with maintenance of analytical or industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, electronics, and IT.
• Technical English (ability to read manuals and documentation).
• Availability for frequent travel.
• Valid driver’s license.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience with Anton Paar equipment or analytical instrumentation (will be a difference).
• Knowledge of automation and control software.
• Experience in customer service.
