À propos du poste
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented SamCo to manage end-to-end sample orders and coordinate across global teams. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth sample delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Manage sample orders from request to delivery (order creation, confirmation, tracking)
- Coordinate with global plants and cross-functional teams (Japan, Vietnam, global stakeholders)
- Monitor delivery status and proactively handle delays or issues
- Support escalation handling and prioritization of urgent orders
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields
- Japanese: JLPT N2 or above | Good English communication
- Strong coordination and communication skills in a global environment
- Proactive, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience in order management / logistics / customer service is a plus
