About the role...

Bounce is growing fast, and we need someone who can keep up. As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll help build the hiring engine - defining the strategies, running the process, and finding the people who'll help us scale. This isn't a "post and pray" role. You'll be proactive, creative, and relentless about finding great talent before we even knew we needed it.

You'll work closely with hiring managers across the business - from tech to ops - and make a real dent in how we grow our team.

Where you come in...

  • Build and run recruiting strategies that fill roles fast, without cutting corners on quality.

  • Source candidates proactively - through your network, social media, direct outreach, and anything else that works.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand what they actually need and translate that into an effective hiring plan.

  • Own the full recruitment cycle - from first contact to signed offer - and make the candidate experience something people remember positively.

  • Spot what's slowing us down and fix it. You'll continuously improve our process and help strengthen how Bounce shows up as an employer.

Your profile...

  • Fluency in English.

  • Proven full-cycle recruitment experience in a startup environment - you know the pace, and you like it.

  • Comfort recruiting across both tech and non-tech roles.

  • A track record of hitting hiring goals, even when pipelines are tough.

  • Sharp instincts for people - and the negotiation skills to close.

  • Self-direction. You don't need hand-holding to figure out priorities or move fast.

  • Strong communication and organisation skills, and the resilience to keep going when things don't go to plan.
