The service is a tech job aggregator that collects and presents listings published by companies on their career pages and ATS. It offers free access and a paid Pro subscription unlocking advanced features (extended filters and alerts).

Creating an account requires a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any use made of your account.

The Pro subscription is billed according to the plan and frequency indicated at the time of subscription. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. The subscription renews automatically at each term unless cancelled beforehand from your management portal.

By requesting immediate access to digital content, you acknowledge waiving your right of withdrawal once performance of the service has begun. Otherwise, the statutory fourteen (14) day withdrawal period applies, where required by law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the management portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; no pro-rata refund is due unless mandatory legal provisions require otherwise.

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the completeness or permanent accuracy of listings, which depend on third-party sources. We cannot be held liable for decisions made on the basis of the information displayed.

The processing of your data is described in our privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after attempting an amicable resolution, the French courts have jurisdiction. Consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
