About the role

What is the Accelerate Development Program?

The Accelerate Development Program (ADP) is a structured development program designed to build a strong pipeline of local talent for critical positions within Bosch.

  • Focused on external local talent (Mexican professionals)
  • Promotes professional development, enabling deep exposure to Bosch products, processes, and technologies
  • 18 to 24 months in duration, with structured rotations across locations, departments, and roles
  • You are hired as a full-time employee from day one, with the same benefits and career opportunities as any other Bosch associate
  • Targets key positions with a fast-tracked development path
  • Supported by mentors, supervisors, and program coordinators throughout the journey
  • Designed to transition you into a final role as a Maintenance Engineer.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field with a strong focus on Maintenance (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Civil, or similar).
  • 1–2 years of professional experience within maintenance, civil infrastructure, and project management areas
  • Project Management: Prior knowledge or experience in project management, including basic financial concepts applied to project budgeting and control.
  • Languages: Intermediate English proficiency (B2 level minimum is required) for professional and corporate communication.
  • Soft Skills & Trainee DNA:
    • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Strong focus on process optimization, proactivity, and a results-driven attitude.
    • Cooperation & Openness: Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly across different specialized departments.

How this program accelerates your career

Over the course of 18 to 24 months, you will rotate across multiple locations, departments, and roles, gaining a 360° understanding of manufacturing operations.

By the end of the program, the objective is for you to transition into a permanent Maintenance engineering position within:

  • Integrated Facility & Building Infrastructure Management
  • Advanced Predictive and Corrective Maintenance
  • Infrastructure Project Management

You will leave the program with:

  • A strong technical foundation
  • Proven experience driving operational improvements
  • Cross-functional and cross-site exposure
