About the role
- Support the digitalization journey of treasury and accounting processes through software-based improvement projects
- Contribute to automation-focused projects by utilizing digital tools such as Excel macros, VBA, and RPA solutions
- Assist in identifying and improving manual and repetitive financial processes
- Support process mapping, documentation, and workflow optimization activities
- Actively participate in digital transformation and continuous improvement projects within the department
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency
- Gain hands-on experience in accounting principles, treasury operations, and Bosch internal processes
- Support reporting and analysis activities related to financial process improvement projects
- 2nd or 3rd year undergraduate student in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Interest in process digitalization, automation, and software-driven improvement projects
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Interest in Excel macros, VBA, or RPA tools (prior knowledge is preferred)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn financial processes, accounting workflows, and corporate systems
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset
