About the role

Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a Senior AI Flows Developer to join our growing engineering team. This role is ideal for an experienced developer with a background in computer engineering, computer science, mathematics, biomedical engineering, or a similar scientific field. You will have the opportunity to contribute directly to the evolution of our products in a dynamic and rapidly growing SaaS environment. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will help design and build AI‑driven solutions while influencing technical decisions and product direction, ultimately helping the company reach the next level.

Responsibilities / Expected Knowledge:

  • For this role, we expect you to have knowledge of:
  • Computer Science fundamentals such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Object-Oriented Programming, data structures, communication protocols, and knowledge bases
  • Advanced prompting techniques (agents, tools, and mechanisms that influence agent behavior)
  • C#, or strong experience in another programming language such as Python or JavaScript, with openness to work with multiple technologies
  • Development of conversational or AI-driven flows, including low-code environments
  • Integration and use of REST APIs
  • Data formats and communication protocols such as JSON, XML, and gRPC
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience and a degree in Computer Science or a related field

  • Experience with customer contact center environments (e.g., conversational flows, authentication steps, user journey design, and real-time customer interactions) is considered a strong plus.
