- Fluent English (C1 level or higher)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience with airline reservation software is an advantage
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, airlines
- Strong attention to detail and customer care orientation
- Ability to work remotely and independently
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment
- Remote position with possibility to work from our offices in Sofia or Varna
- Full-time position with flexible 24/7 shifts
