We’re looking for a Business Analyst to strengthen our hybrid delivery teams.

What You'll Do

  • Analyse complex business domains and existing ("As-Is") business processes within public sector organizations, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Engage with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand operational procedures, regulatory requirements, and organizational needs.
  • Study and interpret legislation, regulatory frameworks, and administrative procedures, translating them into clear business and functional requirements.
  • Design future-state ("To-Be") business processes with a focus on digital transformation, interoperability, and end-to-end service delivery.
  • Produce high-quality business analysis deliverables, including process maps, business requirements, use cases, user stories, functional specifications, and gap analyses.
  • Collaborate closely with solution architects, developers, and external technology partners to ensure business requirements are technically feasible and successfully implemented.
  • Support workshops & stakeholder interviews.
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of large-scale transformation projects following established methodologies and best practices.

Requirements

What You'll Bring

  • 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in Public Sector or large-scale digital transformation projects.
  • Previous involvement in projects for public organizations or government entities is considered essential.
  • Ability and willingness to study legislation, regulatory frameworks, and administrative procedures, translating them into business solutions.
  • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to understand complex business processes and regulatory environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
  • Experience creating process models, business documentation, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
  • Familiarity with interoperability concepts, system integration, and end-to-end business process analysis will be considered a strong asset.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Law, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field.
