As our new Commercial Excellence & Planning Manager, you will own the master plan for all change initiatives within the commercial organization . Joining our Commercial Enablement team, you will navigate a complex web of people, process, and tool updates to ensure they are delivered in sync across the company .
Your mission is to provide the strategic oversight and governance needed to turn high-level vision into operational reality .
You will play a vital role in smoothing out transitions and implementing the various projects that drive our commercial organization forward.
