About the role
Communicate with customers in professional manner & provide solution for specific requests as per process guidelines. Listen attentively to customer needs and demonstrate empathy while providing the customer support.
- Must be at least high school graduate
- Must have at least 1 year Insurance (General, Property & Casualty and/or Healthcare) experience
- Good customer service skills
- Willing to work onsite, and on shifting schedules
- Can start ASAP
