About the role

Opportunity

We are looking for a structured and hands-on Customer Support Officer to support our Customer Support Team.
In this role, you will focus on:
  • Administrative follow-up
  • Invoicing support
  • Preparing reports and overviews
  • Helping coordinate customer requests (non-technical)
You will work closely with the Customer Support Manager (CSM), Project Managers (PMs), Finance and Support teams to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Your Mission

Your responsibilities
Administrative & Invoicing Support
  • Support the invoicing process (prepare and check input data)
  • Follow up on purchase orders and delivered work
  • Track open items and make sure everything is ready for invoicing
  • Keep a clear overview of customer activities and costs
Reporting & Support to the CSM
  • Prepare simple reports and overviews (status, activities, finances)
  • Help prepare customer meetings and follow-ups
  • Maintain and update Excel files and dashboards
  • Ensure information is clear, correct, and up to date
Helpdesk Support (Non-Technical)
  • Register and follow up on customer requests in the helpdesk system
  • Ensure requests are correctly assigned and followed up
  • Act as first point of contact for administrative questions
  • Communicate status updates to internal teams and customers
Internal Coordination
  • Follow up with:
    • Project Managers
    • Finance
    • Support teams
  • Make sure information flows correctly between teams
  • Help keep track of actions, deadlines, and deliverables
Your profile
Must-have
  • Experience in an administrative / back-office / customer support role
  • Comfortable working with Excel and data
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Clear and professional communication
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and keep overview
Nice to have
  • Experience with invoicing or finance processes
  • Experience in a customer service or project environment
