Your Mission
As an E-bike Service Technician, you will help keep our fleet operating at the highest standards. You will diagnose, repair, test and maintain e-bikes and their components, ensuring that our riders can rely on their vehicles every day.
Your responsibilities will include:
Diagnosing and repairing e-bikes and related components
Troubleshooting electrical systems, motors, controllers and batteries
Performing maintenance, inspections and quality checks
Replacing and testing mechanical and electrical parts
Documenting service and repair activities
Supporting continuous improvement of workshop processes and technical standards
Working closely with operations and logistics teams to maximize fleet availability
Your skills and qualifications
Experience in mechanics, electromechanics, industrial maintenance or another technical field
Ability to diagnose and solve technical issues independently
Strong hands-on and practical mindset
Willingness to learn new technologies and develop expertise in e-bikes and battery systems
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good communication and teamwork skills
Nice to haveExperience servicing bicycles, e-bikes, scooters or battery-powered devices
Technical education or vocational training
Basic knowledge of electronics and lithium-ion battery systems
Experience working in workshops, maintenance departments or manufacturing environments
