About the role

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design curriculum frameworks that establish learning principles, standards alignment, pedagogical guidance, material selection guidelines and assessment approaches for digital learning environment.

  • Define competencies including description, knowledge, skills, rubric, and dependencies.

  • Develop competency-based curriculum aligned with the framework, including scope and sequence, learning objectives, materials, unit plans, lesson plans, assessments, age-appropriate outcomes.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure learning experiences are pedagogically effective.

  • Iterate continuously to enhance contextual relevance, learner engagement, and instructional impact.

​​​​​Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Pedagogy, Behavioral Psychology or related field.

  • 6+ years of experience in curriculum design, learning experience design, or educational content development for students between 12 and 18 years old.

  • Experience in instructional design principles, competency mapping, and age-appropriate learning strategies and designing content for digital learning products.

  • Ability to structure learning pathways, lesson sequences, and assessments in a measurable way.

  • Strong knowledge of teen learning needs, engagement patterns, and developmental stages.

  • High level of ownership, organization, autonomy, and collaboration.

  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher.

Nice To Have:

  • Experience working in EdTech companies or digital education products.

  • Experience with financial education, personal finance, or life-skills content for teens.

  • Background in psychology, especially adolescent or educational psychology.

  • Experience designing products or learning experiences used by both parents and children.

  • Familiarity with learning analytics, user feedback loops, or iterative content improvement.

  • Experience with gamified learning, interactive content, or digital engagement strategies.

  • Experience developing train-the-trainer guides, sessions, and resources for caregivers or educators.

  • Understanding of data architecture, including data design, analysis, and processing, with experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases SQL/NO-SQL
