About the role
We are seeking an HR Coordinator to join our team in Wichita, Kansas. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in collecting, and analyzing HR data to support decision making, and help with improving HR processes.
- Build dashboards and reports using HRIS (Workday, moving to SAP), Excel, Power BI or similar tools. Support workforce planning and forecasting to support business needs.
- Using data, identify internal workforce trends and recommend improvements to HR processes.
- Coordinate with HRIS center of excellence to ensure data integrity; conduct data audits.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance and other internal groups.
- Support the HR team with performance management processes and employee relations
- Assist in preparing presentations and data driven insights for leadership decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Associate's degree Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of HR, data analysis or business analytics
- Experience in HRIS (Workday and SAP); Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint), advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, etc.)
- Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Designs and develops critical employee dashboards, aligned with business requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, bi-lingual strongly preferred (Spanish, Vietnamese or Swahili)
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Effective time management and multi-tasking skills
- Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
