About the role

Responsibilities :

  • Willingness and ability to evolve in the area demonstrating proactivity in topics inside and outside their scope;
  • Ability to work in a team and in a heterogeneous environment
  • Social skills for 1st line management with the end user;
  • Critical thinking;
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM tools;
  • On-Site Work Regime (Hybrid);

Mandatory:

  • Monitoring TV dashboards in the office;
  • Tape rotation for daily off-site vaulting process;
  • Intermediate knowledge from the user's perspective of Productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, MS Teams);
  • Incident and Service Request management in the internal ITSM tool (Service-Now) and in suppliers' Web portals;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Active Directory and Domain object management (Users, Security Groups, Computers, DNS records);
  • Basic knowledge of Windows server administration;
  • Basic knowledge of PowerShell for script creation/execution;
