About the role
The Key Account Manager drives strategic business growth with key customers across the Nordics, owning complex power supply opportunities from early identification through project award and revenue realization.
- Drive business development with strategic customers across the Nordics region
- Identify, develop, and manage large projects (standard and customized power supply solution opportunities)
- Own complex sales cycles from early opportunity scouting to project award and revenue realization
- Coordinate technical and commercial activities with internal teams, including FAE and R&D
- Build and execute account and project strategies aligned with regional and EMEA objectives
- Develop and maintain a robust, qualified sales funnel with clear conversion plans
- Promote the Delta Power Supply portfolio and enable cross-business growth opportunities
- Lead commercial negotiations and ensure alignment with internal policies
- Ensure accurate CRM reporting, forecasting, and project tracking
- Travel across the Nordics and internationally as required, minimum 40%
- Minimum 5 years of sales and business development experience in electronic components, preferably power supplies
- Demonstrated experience managing large projects and customized solutions
- Strong consultative and project-oriented sales capabilities
- • Solid technical understanding and ability to engage with engineering and decision-makers
- Self-driven, structured, and comfortable working in a remote environment
- Fluent in English, Nordic language(s) are a strong advantage
