About the role
- Vendor Acquisition: Achieve vendor acquisition targets as set, ensuring consistent growth of active vendors.
- Deal Sign-Ups: Complete deal sign-ups in line with target requirements, focusing on quality partnerships and sustainable performance
- GMV Improvement: Increase sales by boosting vendor activity, promotions, menu improvements, and online consistency.
- Offline Rate Improvement: Reduce downtime by ensuring vendors remain active, updated, and operational.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and strengthen vendor relationships while proactively addressing and resolving issues or requests in a timely manner.
- Customer Experience Front : Hands on involvement in UI/UX to fit the targeted market and consumer segments
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, or another related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, or general management, preferably in the e-commerce industries.
- Deep understanding of the market dynamics, consumer behavior, and local business landscape is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to analyze market trends and implement strategic initiatives that directly boost sales and GMV.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to handling challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience managing and leading a team.
- Fluency in Khmer and English is required.
