Peak & Peak is a Salesforce and FMCG/Consumer Goods partner delivering digital transformation for global brands. We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to drive our international growth and amplify our market success.
You will be the operational engine of our marketing department, bridging the gap between creative strategy and day-to-day execution to align our brand visibility with commercial goals.
You will also lead our Employer Branding initiatives, partnering with People & Culture to showcase our vibrant culture. If you have a growth mindset, a sharp eye for design, and impeccable English skills, this is an exceptional opportunity to shape our global footprint.
Your tasks
Collateral Development: Create and update marketing assets (brochures, social graphics, case studies) following corporate guidelines.
Campaign & Project Operations: Manage content calendars and project timelines using Google Workspace to ensure timely execution.
Campaign Execution: Support campaign processes from a marketing perspective within the central campaign framework.
Content & Copywriting: Draft and localize copy for newsletters, social media, and internal communications with brand-aligned precision.
Event & Conference Support: Support operational setups for webinars and coordinate materials for industry conferences.
Performance Analytics: Track campaign performance and create reports using Google Sheets and Analytics to guide future strategy.
Employer Branding: Partner with People & Culture to create recruitment content highlighting our values and culture.
Asset Management: Maintain our central digital asset library for global team accessibility.
Requirements
Experience: 1–3 years in a marketing, agency, or operational role, ideally in professional services or consulting.
Language Skills: Exceptional, near-native English (C1/C2) for all communication.
Concept Development & Copywriting: Ability to craft clear messages and briefings, structuring complex content so it's easy for different target audiences to understand.
Design Proficiency: Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with a focus on corporate aesthetics.
Technical Skills: Advanced Google Workspace proficiency (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) for data and presentations.
Cohesive Approach: Closely coordinate marketing initiatives with the central campaign team to ensure a consistent market message.
AI Expertise: Curiosity about artificial intelligence, with experience using AI-powered tools in day-to-day work and an interest in continuously expanding these skills.
Mindset: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to Have
Experience or strong interest in the FMCG / Consumer Goods industry.
Familiarity with Salesforce or B2B SaaS marketing.
Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro/After Effects).
Experience with CMS tools (Storyblok).
