About the role
We are looking for a Microsoft Power Platform & Copilot Consultant with around 3-5 years of experience to strengthen our Microsoft team. As part of a dynamic and collaborative team, you will be involved in end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot solutions—from requirements analysis to implementation and go-live—helping our clients achieve real business impact.
We’re seeking someone with a team spirit, proactivity, and a desire to grow in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Participate in implementation projects using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) and Copilot;
- Development of low-code/no-code solutions for clients across various sectors;
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams in national and international project contexts
- Support solution design, development, testing, and deployment phases
- Promote best practices and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation
- 3–5 years of experience in implementation projects with PowerPlatform and Copilot;
- Knowledge of Copilot Studio and AI will be highly valued;
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 environments and solution integration;
- Strong functional and technical analysis skills;
- Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset;
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
- Strong analytical skills, team spirit, and results-driven mindset
- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform and Artificial Intelligence are highly valued;
- Good level of English, both written and spoken
