Near Hire Trainer - Tarlac

Expectations:

• Trainer post is for temp staff position. We keep the candidate as long as hiring/training is conducted in the location. Initial contract is for 6 months, and can get extended depending on the projection of classes and trainer’s performance.
• Salary is entry-level

Our most successful candidates will have: -

• with BPO experience, at least 1 year
• training/teaching background is required for faster trainer certification
• with Sourcing/Hiring background to be utilized for LRAs and offsite training
• w/ good communication and written skills
• w/ coaching skills: ability to adjust to trainees with no BPO background, and coach them accordingly for performance improvement
• w/ interpersonal skills to communicate to different types of trainees, stakeholders and anyone involved in the NHT process
• w/ reporting and analytical skills for class performance review and development
• innovative and can easily adapt to changing technology
• flexible with time, but the classes are usually in the morning
• should be from Tarlac and is willing to travel to different locations in North Luzon (around Tarlac, Pangasinan, Nueva Ecija)
• should have background in Sourcing and can be utilized for offsite events/training
