We’re looking for a People Transformation Strategist to join our London team. This is a hybrid role. In this role, you’ll execute and support transformation initiatives that reshape how the People function operates, building a more efficient, intelligent, and AI-enabled People Operating System.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the People Process Transformation and Continuous Improvement team. We are focused on diagnosing process inefficiencies, redesigning workflows, and implementing scalable solutions across the organisation. You will own defined workstreams within a broader transformation roadmap, working alongside a Senior Strategist and reporting to the Senior Manager.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

• Drive Process Diagnosis & Redesign: Map end-to-end workflows across core People functions (e.g., Talent Acquisition, onboarding, lifecycle processes) to identify inefficiencies and document root causes.

• Embed AI-Enabled Solutions: Apply an AI-first lens to actively design, prototype, and implement intelligent workflows and automation tools that eliminate manual effort and enhance the employee experience.

• Support Global Change Management: Coordinate rollout logistics, draft stakeholder communications, and track action items across international teams and geographies to support the adoption of new ways of working.

• Develop Enablement Materials: Produce clear process documentation, playbooks, and training guides to ensure cross-functional teams smoothly transition to optimised processes.

• Analyse Performance Metrics: Build and maintain dashboards to monitor process performance, interrogate data to surface operational gaps, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

Essential

• Significant Operational Experience: Proven ability within process improvement, business operations, consulting, or People operations, managing defined workstreams with minimal friction.

• Fluency with AI Tools: Hands-on experience using AI tools in a professional context to accelerate analysis, automate workflows, or prototype solutions.

• End-to-End Process Mapping: Strong structured problem-solving skills with demonstrated capability in diagnosing complex workflow problems and documenting root causes.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Experience supporting change management, project management, or communications across international teams and distributed geographies.

• Data Literacy: Analytical capability to build performance reporting, interrogate data trends, and use metrics to drive accountability or justify recommendations.

Nice to Have

• Continuous Improvement Frameworks: Familiarity with structured process improvement approaches such as Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent methodologies.
