About the role

At Keywords Studios, we’re looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and self-driven Producer to join the team on an exciting new project.

In this role, you’ll help drive the successful delivery of game development work across internal teams, external partners, and client stakeholders. You will support planning, coordination, communication, milestone delivery, risk management, and day-to-day production across a co-development environment, working with teams distributed across multiple locations.

This role would suit a mid to senior Producer with experience working on a range of game genres, ideally on AAA or large-scale projects, and who is comfortable working directly with clients, publishers, and development teams.

This will be a Remote or Hybrid position.

A Producer at Keywords Studios:

  • Support the development of high-quality game content and features, helping the team deliver on time and within the agreed scope and budget.
  • Plan, organise, monitor, and control project activities across one or more areas of development.
  • Prepare, maintain, and track production schedules, milestone plans, sprint plans, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
  • Work closely with cross-discipline teams, including design, engineering, art, animation, technical art, QA, and external partners.
  • Coordinate work across distributed teams and help ensure that communication remains clear across locations, time zones, and disciplines.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients and publishers, helping to manage feedback, priorities, approvals, and day-to-day production communication.
  • Support regular milestone deliveries, including planning, tracking, review preparation, and follow-up actions.
  • Help identify risks early and work with leads, the production team, and stakeholders to resolve blockers or adjust plans where needed.
  • Facilitate and chair meetings, including stand-ups, planning sessions, milestone reviews, client calls, and cross-discipline reviews.
  • Maintain clear documentation, meeting notes, action points, and status reporting.
  • Help ensure that team goals, ownership, and priorities are clearly defined and understood.
  • Work with leads to support team productivity, improve workflows, and manage team morale.
  • Support the onboarding and integration of new team members into the project.
  • Where relevant, support console submission planning, compliance tracking, build preparation, and coordination with QA and platform requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Producer, Project Manager, or similar production role in the games industry.
  • Experience working on co-development projects or with external development partners.
  • Experience coordinating distributed teams across different locations, time zones, or disciplines.
  • Experience with the full game development lifecycle (from pre-production, main production to gold master delivery).
  • Strong client-facing communication skills, with experience working directly with publishers, clients, or external stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting milestone planning, schedule tracking, sprint planning, task management, risk tracking, and delivery follow-up.
  • Good understanding of game development pipelines across multiple disciplines, including design, engineering, art, animation, QA, and technical art.
  • Experience on AAA or large-scale game projects is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working across a range of game genres is a plus.
  • Console development experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting console manufacturer submissions, platform compliance, TRC/XR/Lotcheck processes, or release certification is a plus.
  • Porting or platform adaptation experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable using production and tracking tools such as Jira, Hansoft, Confluence, Notion, Miro, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar tools.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time.
  • Able to communicate clearly, raise risks early, and help teams stay aligned and focused.
  • Proactive, practical, and comfortable working in a fast-moving development environment.
