About the role
- Collaborate closely with the Program Manager and Resource Manager to ensure smooth project delivery and optimal team performance
- Drive people management activities: monitor team spirit and motivation, conduct face-to-face meetings, act as a coach in people-related matters, support performance reviews, and work with career roadmaps
- Coordinate recruitment processes in alignment with business needs
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, schedules, agendas, and meeting minutes
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and vendors
- Organize and coordinate meetings and workshops, prepare presentations, and document decisions and action items
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of project management best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Experience in people management, including recruitment and team development
- Collaborative approach and team-oriented mindset
- Positive attitude with a passion for continuous learning and improvement
- Upper-intermediate level of English or higher
