About the role
Sales Manager in Safety and Motions, Passive Safety and Sensorics | AUMOVIO Korea
- Active participation or input for customer strategy establishment (update) and its execution
- High focus on Customer Center & Segment P&L (Profit & Loss)
- CSM(Customer Sales Manager) of Customer Sales Team HMG
- Ensure good performance of Sales key KPIs (Revenue, New business acquisition, Price management, R&D cost reimbursement etc.)
- Lead key acquisition activities successfully (Pre-RFQ/ RFQ(Request of Quotation)
- Proactive communication with internal / external stakeholders for better business outcomes
- Manage customer intimacy in positive way
- Advise and manage enlarged Sales Team
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-15 years working experience in automotive
- Excellent English in speaking and writing
- Good communication and negotiation skills
