About the role
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and objectives, and develop effective technical and commercial solutions
- Provide technical leadership in reviewing scopes of work, evaluating project deliverables, and managing customer stakeholders
- Convert technical opportunities into sales and support commercial processes
- Coordinate with internal departments (such as marketing and finance) to ensure alignment on project and customer status
- Prepare proposals that address customer requirements, including pricing and sales terms
- Collaborate with commercial teams to achieve sales targets in line with business plans and financial objectives
- Develop new accounts and business lines, maintain long-term customer relationships, and maximize sales opportunities
- Create and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with annual sales targets and company priorities
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and analyze their needs
- Monitor competitors and industry trends within the building market to support proactive decision-making
- Identify and develop application areas for electronically (software-controlled) hydraulic technologies in the Turkish market and support their expansion
- Lead development, field optimization, and commissioning of electronically controlled hydraulic projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering
- Experience in technical sales, business development, or project management
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems and electronically controlled technologies
- Strong customer management and communication skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Team-oriented with a results-driven mindset
- Good command of English
