入社直後
大手日用品メーカー向けマルチカントリー調査プロジェクトのリード
毎年継続的に行っている調査です。調査票作成、集計案作成、調査内容に関する関係メンバー(プロジェクトマネジャー、海外NIQオフィス、社内集計チームなど)との調整、結果分析と報告書作成、プレゼンテーション、など調査プロジェクトにおける一連の業務をリードしていただきます。
各成果物の作成はメンバーと手分けをして行ったうえで、最終的なレビューをしていただきます。必要な際にはマネジャーやエキスパートのサポートを得ることができます。
プロジェクトの過程で、調整や途中報告など、クライアントとのやり取りも多く発生します。
上記調査に派生した、同クライアント向け海外アドホック調査(定量・定性)の企画・推進
※同クライアント案件が動いていない時期には、他クライアント向け調査の推進をお願いする可能性もあります。
その他情報収集や管理業務
インターネット等を用いたデスクリサーチ、最新の調査ソリューションに関する情報収集
社内業務(受発注処理、請求書処理、など)
必須条件
民間企業での勤務経験 7年以上
市場調査会社でのマーケティングリサーチ実務経験 5年以上
定量調査の企画分析をリードした経験(マルチカントリー調査、オフライン調査であれば尚可)
法人折衝経験(クライアントやサプライヤーとのやり取りが発生します)
複数の関係者をまとめながらプロジェクトや業務を推進した経験
PCスキル:Excel(基本的な関数やグラフ作成)の操作、PowerPointの作成が可能
日本語 ネイティブレベル、 英語 外国人スタッフと英語で業務の会話が可能(目安 TOEIC 850~)
あれば望ましいスキル・経験
データ集計ソフトやSPSS等のデータ解析ツールの使用経験
部下マネジメント経験
