About the role
Your contribution to something big:
- Develop, operate, and maintain automated, scalable ETL pipelines and data products to digitalize procurement processes and support AI initiatives.
- Translate customer requirements into data transformations and models that facilitate reporting decision-making.
- Ensure and continuously improve data integrity, security and quality by collaborating closely with data producers and consumers.
- Support ad-hoc analyses and be responsible for documenting and scaling data solutions.
- Collaborate within an international team, effectively balancing the interests of project management, customers and IT frameworks.
- Foster and demonstrate a service-oriented, data-driven mindset in your work environment.
What Distinguishes You:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in data modeling, data engineering, ETL processes and data warehouses/lakehouses, with proficiency in SQL; Python is a plus.
- Experience with tools along the data stack such as dbt, Databricks and Power BI/Tableau.
- Proven expertise in DevOps principles, focusing on the stability, reliability and monitoring of automated data pipelines (data testing, CI/CD, KPI definition and tracking, …).
- Practical knowledge of agile software development, alongside strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- You're up to date with the lates advancements in (agentic) GenAI and how to apply them to real world challenges.
- Ability to design and communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication skills in English, resilience, and a strong analytical and conceptual mindset
