About Code Metal

Code Metal is redefining code translation for mission-critical industries, helping defense partners move more quickly and reliably from algorithm to silicon. Our platform accelerates deployment of DSP, RF, communications, and embedded signal processing algorithms onto heterogeneous compute targets, including GPUs, FPGAs, ASICs, and edge SoCs. We also support automotive, aerospace, and semiconductor partners deploying complex algorithms onto constrained hardware with speed and rigor.

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team and drive full-cycle recruiting across a range of technical and non-technical roles. You will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to build talent strategies, elevate the candidate experience, and help scale our teams with exceptional people.

Responsibilities:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer close across multiple functions and levels

  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business priorities

  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies to engage passive talent through LinkedIn, Boolean search, events, and referrals

  • Manage candidate pipeline with a focus on speed, quality, and an outstanding candidate experience

  • Drive offer negotiations and partner with HR and compensation teams on offer structuring

  • Track and report on recruiting metrics to identify trends and continuously improve hiring outcomes

  • Contribute to employer branding, recruiting programs, and process improvements

Required Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience and proven experience recruiting for cleared roles (Secret, TS, TS/SCI) and an understanding of the federal hiring landscape

  • Strong sourcing skills and comfort engaging passive and cleared candidates

  • Familiarity with DoD, IC, or civilian agency hiring requirements and compliance standards

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting tools (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously

  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset

  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active U.S. security clearance (Secret or Top-Secret)
