Your mission
As a Talent and Organizational Development Specialist, you are an integral part of our HR team and contribute to the sustainable growth of our organization and the continuous development of our employees. You ensure the smooth execution of projects in the field of talent and organizational development, plan and lead your own initiatives, and support our teams and managers through consulting and training. With your structured way of working and your understanding of the needs of a scaling organization, you help ensure that Swissbit and its employees continously develop.
Exciting tasks are waiting for you
- You support our team and internal stakeholders in implementing projects and initiatives in people and organizational development
- You support and enable departments methodologically and operationally in knowledge management and onboarding as the company continues to grow
- You contribute your own ideas and approaches to build systematic structures in people development and drive their implementation
- You support leaders and teams in their collaboration and derive solutions from challenges
- You maintain and further develop our internal Learning Management System (Sana) and independently create training content
- You independently organize and manage your projects
Your profile
- Successfully completed degree in (business) psychology, business administration, HR management, or a comparable field
- Additional qualification in systemic coaching or organizational development is a plus
- At least five years of professional experience in people and/or organizational development, ideally in a manufacturing environment; ability to design learning content both offline and digitally
- Solid knowledge of German labor law
- Joy in working independently, taking responsibility, and adapting to diverse employee backgrounds
- Strong adaptability and openness to change, while being a reliable contact within the organization
- Strong empathy for people combined with a pragmatic sense of humor
- Commitment to an open and democratic culture (#LoveHRHateRacism #HRespect)
- Very good German and good English skills
- Excellent MS Office skills and solid experience with HR systems (e.g., Personio)
