About the role

  • Responsible of organizing all departments activities (WS, outdoor activities, etc.)
  • Be member of digital transformation projects for the team
  • Organizing Daily / Monthly / Quarterly meetings with stakeholders
  • Documentation, organization, protocol, and related follow-up procedures
  • Providing departmental support on a process-by-process basis when necessary (website development, archives, etc.)
  • Supporting departmental purchasing processes
  • Studying in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law, or other relevant departments at universities (Being a 3rd/4th year undergraduate or master)
  • Availability to work at least 3 days per week
  • Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English (both written and spoken)
  • Good command of MS Office programs
  • Eager to learn new things, dynamic personality, willingness to take initiatives
