About the role
- Drive the adoption of lean and agile leadership practices, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration across the organization.
- Lead the transformation journey, supporting strategic management and providing a clear reference framework.
- Coordinate with Engineering Functional Areas, ensuring collaboration and alignment with transformation goals.
- Develop and empower people by promoting learning and supporting skills in transformation and change management processes.
- Inspire the organization with a clear vision, minimizing barriers and enabling effective transformation.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators to measure transformation impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Training in Lean methodologies and other relevant areas.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking with experience leading organizational transformations.
- Proven ability to influence and inspire across all organizational levels.
- Excellent decision-making and change management skills.
- Strong focus on collaboration and achieving measurable results.
