Your mission

As a Working Student in Testing & Validation, you will gain hands-on experience in a high-tech battery laboratory environment. You will support and assist our team in planning and executing tests on lithium-ion cells, modules, and complete energy systems, document results, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and test processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your academic knowledge directly in an innovative clean-tech company.

Your Impact

• Run electrical, mechanical, and environmental tests on lithium-ion cells, modules, and full battery systems — directly shaping the performance, safety, and reliability of our products.

• Capture test procedures, measurement data, and results in a clear, traceable way that the whole team can build on.

• Keep our lab equipment and test infrastructure calibrated and running reliably, so every result we produce is one we can trust.

• Help build out our test lab from the ground up — including sourcing and commissioning new equipment as the team grows.

• Sharpen our test methods and validation processes, working hand in hand with engineering and product to make them better over time.
