One-click apply — targeted applications, submitted at the source
Apply in one click on the company’s own ATS: the agent submits for you where the platform allows it, and hands you a pre-filled form to review where it doesn’t. Every application carries a CV and cover letter tailored to that posting — one credit each, never in bulk.
Applying is the chore that makes people either give up early or spray generic applications everywhere. One-click apply removes the chore without the spray: one click sends one targeted application, at the source, with documents tailored to that posting.
What actually happens when you click
Two things can happen, and both are real product states:
- The agent submits for you on the company's ATS where the platform supports it — your application lands in the same pipeline as if you had filled the career-page form yourself.
- You get a pre-filled form to review and submit where programmatic submission isn't possible: our browser extension opens the actual ATS form with your details, documents and tracking address filled in, and you press send.
Either way the application is at the source — the company's own applicant tracking system, not a repost on an aggregator — and it carries a CV and cover letter tailored to that specific posting.
Why we will not spray for you
Auto-apply tools advertise hundreds of applications a month. We think that trade is bad for you: as automated bulk applications spread, ATS platforms and recruiters filter them harder, and a generic application in a pile of generic applications converts poorly. Our economics rule it out by design — one application costs one credit and carries per-posting documents, so there is no "apply to 500 jobs" button and never will be. The full argument, with the competitors named: targeted vs mass auto-apply.
The point is timing
The value of removing application friction is not volume — it is speed on the right job. Because the index reads company ATS feeds directly, a match can surface while the applicant pool is still small; one-click apply means the application goes out the same day, tailored, instead of joining the pile a week later. Applying early, with a relevant application, is the highest-leverage combination in the whole funnel.
Cost, plainly
One application = one credit — the same credit unit as a tailored document pair. Credits come from a subscription bucket that refills each cycle or from one-time top-ups, and unused credits roll over. If a submission fails, the credit is refunded.

FAQ
Is one-click apply the same as auto-apply?+
No. Auto-apply tools submit hundreds of bulk applications with the same documents. One-click apply sends one application at a time, on the company’s own ATS, with a CV and cover letter tailored to that posting — and each one costs a credit, so bulk spraying is impossible by design.
Where does my application actually go?+
Into the company’s own applicant tracking system — the same pipeline as a career-page application. RealJobOffers indexes jobs directly from ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, Recruitee and Personio, and applications go back to that source.
Can the agent apply to every job automatically?+
No, and we will not claim it can. Programmatic submission depends on the ATS: where it is supported the agent submits for you; everywhere else you get the real form pre-filled to review and send yourself. Both paths produce the same tailored, at-the-source application.
How much does one-click apply cost?+
One credit per application. Credits come in subscription buckets that refill each cycle, or one-time top-up packs; unused credits roll over. Browsing every job in full detail stays free. A failed submission refunds its credit.
Do recruiters see that a tool submitted my application?+
They see a complete application in their ATS with your details and documents tailored to the posting — the same artifact a careful manual application produces. We never mass-submit identical applications, which is the pattern ATS platforms filter.
