Hypewell is a Los Angeles performance marketing agency powered by HypeOS—our internal AI operating system.
Our AI can generate hundreds of ad concepts, images, videos, and copy every day.
Your job is to turn the best ideas into finished marketing campaigns.
You won't spend hours staring at a blank canvas. You'll work alongside AI to produce high-quality creative at a speed most agencies can't match.
What You'll DoAI Creative Production
- Generate ad creatives using AI tools
- Refine AI-generated images and videos
- Create static ads, carousels, reels, and stories
- Produce creatives for Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Shopify
Video Production
- Edit short-form videos
- Add captions
- Motion graphics
- Simple animations
- Export multiple aspect ratios
- Create UGC-style ads
- Organize creative libraries
Design
- Build landing page graphics
- Product mockups
- Website graphics
- Email graphics
- Sales deck graphics
- Presentation assets
Creative QA
- Check spelling
- Check branding
- Ensure consistency
- Verify dimensions
- Export correctly
- Organize files
Work with AI
You'll use tools like:
- ChatGPT
- Claude
- Midjourney
- Flux
- fal.ai
- ElevenLabs
- Canva
- Photoshop
- Premiere Pro / CapCut
- Figma

Requirements
- Strong design portfolio
- Good eye for typography and layout
- Basic video editing
- Comfortable using AI
- Fast learner
- Detail-oriented
- Organized
- Excellent English
- Able to work LA hours (preferred)
