Job Title: AI Data Science Consultant (Generative AI & Machine Learning)

Location: Raleigh, NC / Richardson, TX/ Hartford, CT (Onsite)

We're looking for a Data Science Consultant to develop and deploy innovative AI and machine learning solutions. This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in Python, Generative AI, LLMs, and Azure AI Services who enjoys solving complex business problems with data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy machine learning and Generative AI models.
• Build AI applications using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and LangChain.
• Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and AI Agent solutions.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and preparation for model development.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.
• Monitor model performance, validate results, and support production deployments.
• Create predictive analytics, data visualizations, and technical documentation.

Required Skills:

• Strong programming experience with Python.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and LangChain.
• Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, AI Agents, and Prompt Engineering.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Azure AI Services, Databricks, Snowflake, Data Engineering, ETL/ELT pipelines, NLP, Conversational AI, and CI/CD or MLOps practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise AI/ML solutions.
