About the Role

You’ll help shape a gold‑standard approach to applied AI: building responsibly, testing rigorously, and ensuring models and automations are grounded in clean, trustworthy data. This isn’t a role for an established AI engineer; it’s for someone curious, hands‑on, and excited to bring structure to complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AI‑driven tools, automations, and prototypes
• Develop Python‑based solutions that integrate with existing systems
• Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure data is clean, reliable, and ready for AI workloads
• Apply responsible AI principles, including bias assessment and robust testing
• Help define best practices and contribute to a gold‑standard AI engineering approach
• Support the creation of orchestration layers across multiple AI platforms
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine use cases and deliver measurable value

Qualifications

You don’t need loads of AI delivery behind you, but you do need curiosity, practical experience, and a willingness to learn fast.

Required Skills

• Hands‑on with Python and at least one modern AI platform
• Comfortable experimenting, iterating, and learning quickly
• Able to bring clarity to ambiguous requirements
• Strong communicator who can explain technical concepts simply
• Passionate about building AI responsibly and safely
