AI Full Stack Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative 3+ years experienced AI Full Stack Engineer to join our cutting-edge technology team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI solutions that drive impactful insights and transformative applications across various industries.

The AI-First Full Stack React Developer will be responsible for building, enhancing, and scaling modern web applications using React and backend technologies while leveraging AI-powered development tools throughout the software development lifecycle. This role requires developers who embrace AI-assisted coding to rapidly prototype, build, test, and deliver high-quality production-ready applications.

Responsibilities

* Develop scalable full-stack web applications using React.js and modern backend technologies.

* Build responsive, secure, and high-performance applications from prototype to production.

* Utilize AI coding assistants such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, automate repetitive tasks, and increase engineering productivity.

* Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to rapidly translate business requirements into working applications.

* Develop and consume REST APIs and integrate third-party services.

* Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

* Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

* Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.

* Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging AI tools and modern development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.

* Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

* Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, or equivalent frameworks.

* Strong understanding of REST APIs, databases, and cloud-based application development.

* Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices.

* Hands-on experience using AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Windsurf, or similar AI coding assistants as part of daily development.

* Ability to rapidly build, iterate, and enhance applications using AI-assisted workflows.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience deploying applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP.

* Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.

* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

* Knowledge of modern frontend architecture and testing frameworks.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
