The Role

As a Senior AI Infusion Program Lead, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating workforce adoption of enterprise AI capabilities across Capco. Working closely with Learning & Development, Technology & Engineering, corporate functions, and global stakeholders, you'll design and deliver scalable learning experiences that help colleagues confidently integrate AI into their day-to-day work.

This is a highly collaborative role that combines enterprise learning strategy, program leadership, AI expertise, and workforce transformation. You'll translate rapidly evolving AI capabilities into practical, role-based learning experiences that improve proficiency, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Partner with Learning & Development and business stakeholders to define and execute a multi-year AI workforce learning and enablement strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Design and deliver scalable, role-based learning journeys covering AI foundations, enterprise AI tools, prompting, AI agents, workflow automation, and business-specific use cases.
• Create engaging learning experiences through instructor-led training, virtual learning, self-paced content, hands-on labs, office hours, hackathons, and adoption campaigns.
• Build reusable enablement assets, facilitator guides, prompt libraries, playbooks, and train-the-trainer programs while establishing a strong AI Champion community.
• Measure learning effectiveness and AI adoption through meaningful metrics, continuously evolving learning programs to maximize workforce capability and business value.

What We're Looking For

• Significant experience leading enterprise learning, workforce transformation, digital adoption, or capability-building programs within consulting, professional services, or similarly complex global organizations.
• Strong expertise in adult learning, instructional design, curriculum development, facilitation, and blended learning delivery.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI platforms such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, AI agents, prompts, workflows, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Excellent program management, stakeholder engagement, communication, coaching, and executive advisory skills, with experience delivering across multiple business functions and geographies.
• Experience defining learning metrics, evaluating adoption and business impact, and translating evolving technology into practical learning experiences.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with enterprise learning platforms, digital adoption tools, or learning analytics platforms.
• Experience leading global workforce enablement or AI transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of consulting, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience building communities of practice, facilitator networks, or large-scale change programs.
• Demonstrated ability to prototype AI use cases and develop reusable enablement assets.
